The following years, the Bulls compiled another great season to reach the Finals against the Utah Jazz. Karl Malone had beaten Jordan out for the NBA MVP that season, yet the Bulls beat the Jazz in six games. The following season, they faced the Jazz in the finals again, this time defeating them in 6 games.
